Flavours

As a trained Pastry Chef, Evan can create most flavours. Here are some of the more popular.

	Dark rich chocolate mud cake coated with chocolate ganache (chocolate and cream)
	Milk chocolate and hazelnut - coated with chocolate ganache
	Tangy orange zest and poppy seed
	Banana and coconut
	Golden coffee and walnut
	White chocolate with white chocolate ganache
	Wild berry and vanilla
	Sweet caramel
	Traditional light or dark fruit cake and many more.

With some designs you can have "Cappuccino Cake" or "Chococcino Cake" where each tier is layered with three different flavours and textures.

Delivery

Iced Affair cakes are delivered and set up at the reception venue by Iced Affair.

We cover all areas in Sydney free of charge, and South to Bowral and West to Katoomba in the Blue Mountains for a nominal fee.
